I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room in 305 exceeded my expectations and was incredibly spacious, although a bit pricey. The service with 3 bath mats was exceptional, making me feel like a welcomed guest in their own homes. I was thrilled with the hotel's location, just steps away from Michigan Avenue and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The rooms were spacious and beautifully lit with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, although some essential instructions were missing.
